The company Caponi produces dried egg pasta, making a meticulous search of the raw materials of the highest quality. To produce our pasta we use only the durum wheat semolina and fresh eggs .

The drying is the most important phase of the production process, is made in a long time at room temperature. This particular process allows to maintain the organoleptic properties of the raw materials.
